12pm - 1pm - STRETCH ’N FLEX (Gareth Burnell)

(A relaxing class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall, well being. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Suitable for all levels.)

6.30pm - 7.30pm - BOLLYWOOD (Kate Adams)

(An energetic dance fitness class fuelled by the infectious beats and dance moves of Bollywood. Suitable for all levels.)

7pm - 8pm - AFRO FUSION (Salma El Mallah)

(An exhilarating dance fitness class where you will experience traditional African style dances fused with House and Contemporary styles. Suitable for all levels.)

9.15am - 10am - LIL BEATZ (PARENT & TODDLER) (Amanda Wilson)

(Your Lil ones will learn all the foundations of street dance! From hip hop to Break dance – Voguing to Poppin! With our own original music designed to inspire your children’s imagination and give them the feel good vibes)

12pm - 1pm - GRAVITY YOGA (Winnie Apollo-Schubert)

(Discover your inner peace with the relaxing vibes of Gravity Yoga. Suitable for All Levels.)

6pm - 7pm - LATIN FUNK (JP Omari & Marta Scott)

(A lively and energetic dance fitness class that combines Latin music with Funk classics. Suitable for All Levels.)

6.30pm - 7.30pm - DANCEHALL (Paradigmz)

(An awesome dance class that brings you the vibrant energy of Dancehall music and its dance moves. Suitable for All Levels.)

7.30pm - 8.30pm - HIP HOP CONTEMPORARY (Paradigmz)

(A one of its kind dance class where you will experience the expressive and fluid movements of Contemporary dance with a Hip Hop twist. Suitable for All Levels.)


Thursdays 

11am - 12pm - OVER 50S STREETDANCE (JP Omari)

(A fun dance session designed specifically for over 50’s to embrace the joy of Streetdance. No experience needed. Suitable for All Levels.)

5.30pm - 6.30pm - STRENGTH & TONE (Jermayne Williams)

(A fun fitness class designed to strengthen and tone your body. Suitable for All Levels.)

6.30pm - 7.30pm - RNB & HIP HOP (JP Omari)

(A fun dance fitness class to classic RnB and Hip Hop anthems. Suitable for All Levels.)
